With 15+ years in higher education, both in private and public universities, Sarah has experience in marketing/communications, project management, client relations, and content strategy and authoring. Wanting to expand her skills into new industries and technologies, she left the nest of academia and joined Pixo in 2014. Sarah loves helping clients meet their communications and business needs with innovative, well-built technologies. And her ideal workflow involves creative and open collaboration with the client to see their idea become reality.
Sarah has lived in Urbana since 2004. In 2013 her College of Education team won the University of Illinois’ Branding Leadership Award for their work on rebranding the college. When she’s not working with her great Pixo teams, she’s usually finding time to play with her son Jake.
